dont know if your still having problems with the cucumbers.. lol but try scraping out the seeds- i have found that it's not as bad for me without the seeds!!! hope it helps!! <3

hahaha I to am having the craziest dreams ever….Dreams that my husband is plotting to kill me and others where huge house size pumpkins cover my neighborhood!!!LOL so when is ur due date? close to mine im thinking…(Feb.17th)

i was so jelious of other prego woman when i was prego! its like when your pregnant, you wanna think your the only person on the planet that can do this amazing thing (make a baby) and that all the attention should be on you! i read that somewhere! and i kinda felt like that when i was prego :)

yay he is growing so much!

i babysit for a family that already had three boys and just had another last week. they can be angels and a real pain in the butt too. so i commend you for being a mom to three boys and one on the way!

you should do a video with your husband on his thoughts on having three boys and another on the way! its always interesting seeing things from the guys point of view :)

My son had his 6 month check up on the 8th. Doc cant believe he got 2 teeth within 4 days of each other. lol Congrats on 22 wks. I remember I couldn't wait for him to get here when I was 22wks. :-)

@JubblyJack You should probably add oil to that list (though tbh I don't really follow the oil thing completely. I don't consume any oil other than raw unrefined coconut oil, but it's because I don't like eating a lot of nuts and seeds for "healthy fats." I don't eat a lot of it, though. I use it just as a fun treat, and I could live without it if I didn't use it as my moisturizer for my arms and legs. It's also supposed to be "cleaner" than other oils.)

All these claims about "the vegan diet" lacking in nutrients by these commenters in here are just insane. Fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, and grains are full of great nutrients that we need…they are all we need. Unwashed organic fruit would supply your B12 but since people don't like sooty food, take a little B12 supplement…it's better than eating slaughtered carcass. The meat industry flacks know exactly what to say to scare people away from veganism. Don't be fooled by them, please.

@neoYTPism Yes! I think that I know much more than them! The dietitians tell you what they are supposed to tell you – which is determined by the official medicine, which is, in turn, based on the multiple researches, including bogus and Business sponsored ones! So they know no horse shit! And even if they do know – they will never go against the official trends – that may cost them their license! How can you believe them if yesterday they recommend this, but tomorrow they'll recommend that?

Talking about nutrients: The vegan staples — tofu/soy, nuts/seeds and broccoli — are very high in Phytates & Oxalates, which BLOCK the uptake of essential nutrients! This way, you can eat all the "nutrient dense foods" you want, you still starve of nutrients. (Not to mention the nutrients that are lacking in a vegan diet to begin with…)
So, Fuhrman's hype about "nutrient density" (high in tofu!) is fraud in advertising.

@joedimon Raw foods need to be chewed thoroughly to activate the cellulase enzymes in the vegetables. These enzymes (which we cannot produce) digest the cellulose around the cells allowing us to fully assimilate the vitamins and minerals in the vegetable/greens.

The reason juices are so good is because no fibre is contained therein and therefore no chewing is needed

@JubblyJack, meat and dairy are standards of European heritage, meat since forever, and 'dairy' since the agricultural revolution near 10,000yrs ago, and, meat is a standard staple world wide, as it's been since time began. They're good food. Quality is important too. Poor production practices aren't good. Get in tune with your body and let it reveal what works best. Balance. The four food groups. Works.

Some great information on this video. All very true! A lot of people can’t digest raw vegetables due to weak digestion and therefore unable to break down the fiber.
