Poor posture is now considered a culprit of GERD. Why not. Poor posture is physically compressing the digestive system. It is depressing as well. Both the emotional and physical problems cause GERD. I've lengthened my spine and whole body. An offshoot to this is that my GERD has become nearly none existent
